How It Works
- Access the Secure Payload Portal
- Click on this link: https://keybox.payload.com/century-21-smart-realty/payment/century-21-smart-realty-trust
(if you cannot click, simply copy paste the link to the browser) or CTRL+Click the link - Enter your transaction details as prompted. (Property you are buying)
- Initiate Payment
- Select the "Pay Using Bank Login" option, which should appear as follows: Pay Using Bank Login
- Complete the steps to securely log in to your bank account.
- Confirm payment and click Pay.
- Confirmation
- You will receive a confirmation message once your deposit is successfully submitted.

Important Information
Processing Time: Deposits require 2 business days to process. Plan ahead to avoid delays.
- Responsibility: Century 21 Smart Realty is not liable for any late deposits due to the processing timeline. Ensure deposits are sent well in advance.
- Deposit Limits: Maximum transfer limit is $500,000.00.
- Security: Your banking information is never stored in our system.
